Abdelkaer’s tweet states: “revolution-inspired hashtag dates already being planned for the rest of the Arab world - Sudan #Jan30 Yemen #Feb3 Syria #Feb5 Algeria #Feb12”.
If poor young Arabs rise up against their governments in Sudan, Yemen, Syria, and Algeria on those dates, it will indicate once again that it’s tougher for dictatorial regimes to keep a lid on protests in the digital world.
This is starting to look like the Arab version of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Revolutions are being plotted… to better coordinate hashtags. If it makes any sense, sometimes I can’t even comprehend how in-the-future our present is.
